What is Coaching?

Coaching is not consulting or therapy – coaches do not tell you what to do or simply listen. It’s an equal relationship between coach and client with the focus centering on the client’s agenda.

What is Self-Talk?

Understanding and utilizing Self-Talk is fundamental to my coaching method. Self-Talk is our internal dialogue, our thoughts. It is those thoughts, positive or negative, that end up shaping our lives and results in the decisions we make, both personally and professionally.

A key ingredient to having a successful life, no matter what your definition of success, is Positive Self-Talk. It is the determining factor for how we choose to live our lives.

We live our lives based on our thoughts. We make decisions and judgments based on our thoughts. Do you want to be influenced by positive or negative Self-Talk? When you become truly aware of the thousands of thoughts you have each day, you can begin to have the outcome you desire.
